Why does Chat say Not Delivered?
Updated over a year ago

Here are common reasons why you may be getting an error when sending a message such as Not Delivered:

  • Network issue: Check your internet connection, and disable any VPNs, ad blockers, and proxies. Slow connections may result in the message not being sent. If you're using school Wi-Fi, it may be due to your school's firewall or content filtering. Try using a mobile hotspot instead.

If the issue persists, contact us using the chat widget at the bottom right corner of the screen or email us at [email protected].
