If you've accidentally ran into an issue and have been charged twice for Studyable Pro, please contact us via the chat widget on the bottom right of your screen to receive a refund.

Please include the following information in your message:

  • Your Studyable account's email address

  • The amount of the duplicate charge

  • The date of the duplicate charge

Our billing team will investigate the issue and respond as soon as possible.
